Request to Delete Your GreenGlide Connect Account

If you would like to delete your GreenGlide Connect account, please contact us and request account deletion.

We will review your request and take the necessary steps to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

How to request account deletion

What happens after you request deletion?

Once we receive your request:

1. We will verify your identity and account details where necessary.
2. We will process your account deletion request.
3. Your account will no longer be available for normal use once deletion has been completed.
4. Personal information that we are not required to retain will be deleted or anonymised.
5. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate purposes, such as financial records, legal claims, fraud prevention or resolving disputes.
